Artishok

The freedom to work from anywhere.

Artishok uses data and algorithms to help hybrid organizations optimize their workforce and workplace. I joined as a freelancer just before launch, stepping into an existing design. My role was to quickly identify UX issues, suggest fast, low-effort fixes, and evolve the visual language — always focused on keeping a complex product simple and user-friendly. Live at artishok.io.

The core question

Should I stay or should I go?

The decision whether to go to the office tomorrow or stay home depends not only on us, but on the team we work with, important meetings, and interesting events.

By surfacing the full picture, we created high accessibility and usability — helping users make the right decision for them.

Data-driven

Coordinating the whole picture

We talk to the team to understand their needs and expectations for the week. Quick, easy access to the changes they have to make lets them stay transparent and productive.

Connect enterprise applications — task management, calendars, HRIS, and more — and use our organizational, data-driven ‘work engine' to coordinate them all. Stay on top of employee productivity, work-life balance, sense of belonging, and satisfaction in an accurate, scientific manner.

Two personas

Manage & operate

With two central personas, I had to design slightly different experiences. As the office manager, one persona needed to set company-wide rules and definitions — running simulations and defining granular modes of operation at the building, floor, zone, and seat level.

This let them receive immediate data on the office's effect and influence in terms of space, employee welfare, and cost.
