IoT & DIY App
As part of the product, there was also an IoT component that needed a physical connection to the beer pipes.
The ordering process was carried out through the product itself when a customer was interested in saving and utilizing the beer that is poured on every day.

DIY IoT Application
In order to learn about the installation process and receive initial feedback from users, we created a dynamic mobile prototype that illustrates the entire installation process. This allowed us to improve and fix the flow and bring it to the development team as a more finished product after initial validation with users.

We know that most of our clients are not tech-savvy so we wanted to create a process that would be easy to use and install. We added illustrations and animations in order to simplify the process and make it friendlier.
Live user testing with our prototype

We decided to create a package that includes all the parts and installation instructions. The problem I encountered is finding a package that would be a good fit for us. This is because there are many small and delicate parts that the user will need to use in order to install our system.
I contacted a few suppliers and found the right one for us that met our standards. We added a design on the package and additional components to make it a very easy and streamlined process. Once the user installs everything, they can start seeing data about beer levels and revenue correlated directly to it.
